For the past twenty years I have been involved in the development of commercial/industrial and resdiential real estate and other businesses. Being able to concieve an idea, develop and deliver it profitably and on time time are hall marks of what I do.

In any business project my objectives are to establish and work with clear objectives and to create a ( work) place where people have a sense of belonging.

I am looking for opportunities to assist business and property owners. In particular bringing a voice of experience and creativity into re-finacing/debt restructuring.

By profession I am qualified as a Chatered Accountant and for the last twenty years have been involved in development of property ( C&I, resideantial and subdivisions) as well as building businesses.  

Any quick 'google search' of my name will confirm that in 2009 I was imprisoned for tax evasion. I made mistakes and have served my time as a mainstream prisoner at Rimutaka. This whole process has been a massive learning experience and from this I am a much more grounded and humble person.

I recognise and deeply appreciate the importance of my familys love and support, as well as all the encouragement and support from friends and associates; and am committed to work even more as part of this team in order to achieve project and life goals.
